Delivery

We ship from Abu Dhabi, seven days a week. Order before 12pm and we deliver the next day, anywhere in the UAE — order after 12pm and it arrives the day after. Free next-day delivery on orders over AED 150; below that, next-day delivery is AED 25. Missed the cut-off and you're in Dubai? Choose same-day express for AED 40 — order before 6pm and it arrives within 4 hours. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

Cut-off times

Order before 12pm → delivered the next day.
Order after 12pm → delivered the day after.

The 12pm cut-off applies seven days a week and in all seven emirates. Public holidays and courier disruption can occasionally add a day — we'll always tell you if that happens.

Where we deliver

We deliver to every emirate — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al-Quwain, Ras al-Khaimah and Fujairah. Everything is priced in AED with no hidden duties. We don't ship outside the UAE.

Returns

Changed your mind? Request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging — socks and activewear alike. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Email store@flowza.ae with your order number to start. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — that way your preferred size is reserved straight away rather than waiting on stock.
