How your order reaches you, and what to do if something isn't right.

Delivery

We ship from our Dubai studio Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed before 12pm GST are dispatched the same day; everything else goes out the next working day. Standard UAE delivery is 1–3 working days at AED 20, free over AED 200. Same-day is available in Dubai on orders before 12pm. You'll receive tracking by email and SMS the moment your order ships.

Where we deliver

We deliver to every emirate — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Everything is priced in AED with no hidden duties, and orders over AED 200 ship free. We don't ship internationally yet.

Returns

Changed your mind? Return unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grip socks must be unopened and unworn. Start your return from your account, or email hello@flowza.ae with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — that way your preferred size is reserved straight away rather than waiting on stock.
