Shipping Policy

Flowza ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently ship to the GCC or internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Free next-day delivery on all UAE orders over AED 150.
• Next-day delivery - AED 25 on orders under AED 150, anywhere in the UAE.
• Same-day express (Dubai only) - AED 40. Order before 6pm for delivery within 4 hours.

Same-day express is available in Dubai only. Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah and Umm al-Quwain receive next-day delivery.

Returns

Return shipping is paid by the customer - please see our Return & Refund Policy. The only exception is a defect or an error on our part, in which case Flowza covers the return shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruption or unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Packages
