For reformer Pilates and barre, most UAE studios require them for safety and hygiene — and the grip genuinely changes how stable you feel. For mat work and yoga they're optional but loved.
The grip socks are one size, designed to fit EU 36–41 (UK 3–8).
For activewear, every product page has a full size chart in cm and inches — measure rather than guess. If you land between two sizes, take the larger one: the fabric is four-way stretch and a snug piece restricts more than it supports.
The full set is the bra and the matching shorts together, at AED 235. If you only want one piece, the same product page sells the bra on its own or the shorts on their own at AED 129 each — choose which under Buy as.
The jumpsuits — short and long — are 75% nylon, 25% spandex. The bra & shorts sets are 90% nylon, 10% spandex, with the bra and the shorts cut from the same fabric.
The grip socks are combed cotton with a silicone grip sole.
Care for all of it: cold machine wash inside out, hang to dry, no fabric softener.
The silicone is screen-printed and bonded to last. Wash cold, inside out, and lay flat to dry — avoid the dryer and the grip holds for hundreds of classes.
Order before 12pm and we deliver the next day, anywhere in the UAE — order after 12pm and it arrives the day after. Seven days a week, all seven emirates. Delivery is free over AED 150, AED 25 below that. In Dubai, same-day express is AED 40 on orders placed before 6pm.

Return unworn items with tags within 7 calendar days for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of us receiving the item.
For hygiene reasons, grip socks must be unworn and in their original packaging, and activewear must be tried on over your own underwear with the liner intact.
